We aim to make returns simple and fair, while ensuring product quality for all customers. Please review the following before placing your order and requesting a return:
Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers:
- Product inspection for quality assurance
- Sanitation and cleaning
- Repackaging for future resale
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.
Discounted or Promotional Orders
Orders placed using a discount code, bundle deal, or during a promotion are only eligible for store credit, not a monetary refund. The restocking fee will also reduce store credit.
This ensures we can continue offering deep discounts while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Return Approval Timeline
Once your return is received, our team will inspect it within 14 business days. Items must be:
- Returned in original packaging with all its components
- Free of damage or excessive wear
- Within the approved return window
